I WILL sit on the floor & 'get back up' with ease.
I WILL set a positive example for my family & friends. By the end of this year ... I WILL beat my 10km run under 55 mins.
I WILL have more energy in the day.

Dayne & Kristine first meet at the gym. Dayna was starting her training session and Kristine just finished hers. They bonded immediately and found out they had so much in common... a kinship was born. They shared with each other their goals, motivations and their love for wanting a healthier lifestyle.
Cardio dates were made (accountability) and everything from meal plans to "things I said" LOL were discussed.
What an experience this will be...

We had challenges and set backs and SUCCESSES

February was the month of "Do-betters".
This was the first of the 12 monthly contests and they did amazing !!!
The ladies kept track of many habits/behaviors/situations that they improved on ...
- turned frustration to motivation
-smiled.. haven't in awhile
-did cardio with a friend
-made a healthy choice
-meditated
Health is mind, body and soul and everyday is a chance to do something better, make a better choice or change a negative to a positive.
WAY TO GO LADIES ... PROUD of you 😊
